For agricultural drone spray operators

Plan flights, track coverage, prove every acre

SprayLog is pre-flight planning, GPS tracking, and compliance-ready spray reports in one app. Plan the night before, export KML, fly the day of.

Built with a real spray operator. Vendor-neutral — works with Hylio, DJI, or any drone that takes KML.

Spray jobs are hard enough without paperwork

You finish a 300-acre spray job. Now you need to prove what you sprayed, when, where, and in what wind conditions. For every pass.

Your options: scribble notes on a clipboard in the truck, hope your drone controller logged something useful, or spend an hour after every job piecing together a report from memory.

Meanwhile, EPA drift documentation requirements are tightening. One complaint from a neighbor, one question from a crop consultant, and you need per-pass wind data you don't have.

$10–15/acre
Retail spray rate. Every acre needs a compliance trail — field boundaries, weather conditions, coverage proof. SprayLog builds that trail automatically while you fly.

What SprayLog does

Planning

Flight plans from a map, not a controller

Draw field boundaries on satellite imagery. SprayLog generates serpentine routes, tank load estimates, and flight time — then exports KML to your drone. Plan the night before without touching the controller.

Tracking

GPS + weather, every pass

SprayLog logs your GPS track and correlates wind speed, direction, and drift estimate for each pass. Offline-first — keeps recording in dead zones and syncs when you have signal.

Compliance

Spray reports that prove the job

One tap generates a professional report: coverage map, per-pass weather conditions, drift estimates, and a certification block. Hand it to the farmer, the crop consultant, or the state inspector.

Quoting

Price the job before you fly it

Field scoring computes a difficulty multiplier from shape, exclusion zones, water hazards, and acreage. Share a professional quote PDF — way more credible than "I think it'll be about $15 an acre."

How it works

1

Add your field

Search for the farm on satellite imagery, draw the boundary, and SprayLog auto-detects water features for no-spray zones. Enter acreage or let the boundary compute it.

2

Generate a flight plan

Set your heading, swath width, altitude, and product. SprayLog generates parallel routes, estimates tank loads and flight time, and exports KML for your drone controller.

3

Fly and track

Start a spray session. SprayLog GPS-tracks your passes and polls weather every 15 minutes. Mark pass boundaries manually when you refill — you know when you stopped, not the app.

4

Generate the report

End the session and tap "Generate Report." SprayLog produces a compliance-ready document with coverage, per-pass wind data, drift estimates, and a certification block. Share as PDF.

You might be wondering

"Does it work with my drone?"
SprayLog is vendor-neutral. It exports standard KML files that work with Hylio, DJI, and any controller that imports waypoints. Your drone does the flying — SprayLog does the planning and recording around it.
"What about dead zones? I spray fields with no cell signal."
SprayLog is offline-first. GPS points queue locally on your phone and sync when you get signal. Weather data caches at session start. You won't lose a single data point in the field.
"I already track my jobs in a spreadsheet."
A spreadsheet can't log GPS per pass, correlate wind direction to drift estimates, or generate a report an inspector would accept. SprayLog does what a clipboard can't — and it takes less time.
"Nobody else tracks wind per pass. Why should I?"
That's exactly why it's a differentiator. EPA drift documentation trends are moving toward per-application weather records. Being ahead of that curve protects your license and impresses clients who care about compliance.

Built with a real operator

"I feel like there's something missing with the UAVs. The boundary thing is huge — as good as your ability to fly the drone? This is better than that."
Pierce R., Agricultural drone operator, Florida
"A way for me to not have to write down values on a sheet of paper and then I can just plug it in when I show up on site — that's what I need."
Pierce R., on the calibration tool
